The first official “Project Tira” work from December 2016. Normally are pictures like this always concept art because I can change things in her design in each new picture of her. At the end I will take some small changings in her design and put it in the finished Tira design. “Project Tira” is always running and new concept arts will be done in future again and again. A mermaid she makes an really cute frame 🙂
